Assignment

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of Company Service, Platform and/or Website

Term and Survival

• This Terms of Use is effective until:
  1. terminated by Company and Company reserves the right to terminate this Terms of Use; and/or
  2. upon Consumer ceasing to hold Membership Account.
• The provisions of this Terms of Use which by their nature are intended to survive the termination or expiration of this Terms of Use.
